A claustrophobic emergency responder stuck in the blizzards of Europa.

In PERMACORE, you play as a driver and field doctor navigating an all-terrain vehicle across the frozen tundra of Europa. After receiving SOS signals, the player must locate stranded patients, retrieve them, and transport them to the vehicle’s onboard medical room.

While continuing to navigate the hazardous terrain, the player monitors patients remotely through cameras and must regulate the medical room’s conditions to stabilise them. This creates a constant balance between driving, navigation, and patient management, forcing the player to divide their attention between the dangers outside the vehicle and the emergency unfolding within it.
